Hi, I’m Brandi. I’m so glad you found us!

I’ve been homeschooling since 2005. Over the years, I’ve graduated three children, am walking alongside one senior, and am now teaching my kindergartener at home. My husband and I have a blended family of seven children, and we are now grandparents to three sweet little boys.

​

My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I believe learning begins with wonder and that God’s creation is one of the richest classrooms we could ever step into. Whether we’re gathered around the kitchen table or exploring a forest trail, I want children to grow in curiosity, character, and confidence.

My homeschool style blends Charlotte Mason, unit studies, and a touch of unschooling freedom. I love living books, meaningful conversations, hands-on discovery, and crafts. I teach from my strengths while honoring each child’s unique design and individual needs. I especially love seeing children explore and light up when they’re excited about what they are discovering and learning.

Homeschooling is a marathon, not a sprint. I believe in taking the long view—shaping hearts and minds over time rather than racing toward checklists. Through Little Explorers Nature Club, my goal is to encourage families to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the journey.
